The Healy clambake was an amazing event, with the creative talent of The Perfect Plan and our culinary expertise, together we created an upscale, elegant clambake for very special clients from North Carolina.  Special touches were abound on this gorgeous September day at The Mack House in Chatham.  From the stunning red and royal blue nautical decor for cocktail hour to the stunning dinner tent adorned in navy, reds, and pops of yellow, our team served up a fabulous clambake buffet full of Northern hospitality.  Lobsters were served from a traditional lobster trap and our own Jimmy Mullen gave a live demonstration of " how to eat a lobster, New England style" to the delight of the 140 plus guests.  Our guests were treated to tantalizing appetizers including our amazing lobster mac n cheese, scallops in bacon, our signature raw bar, and hearty clam chowder.  To finish off the festivities, we completed the event with a campfire style smores station with individual make your own smores kits.  And who says a clambake has to be casual!!!
